Construction Industry Training Board Visit

A group of Year 8 and 9 students attended the annual CITB Build event at South Devon College to take part in taster sessions in a variety of construction activities. The students’ day ended with the ‘egg-drop’ challenge which involved designing a ‘parachute’ to protect an egg falling from a high scaffold. A great day

On Friday 18th March STCM students were invited to take part in the bi-annual Sport Relief Mile event. A total of 227 students and many staff had paid their money to get involved and complete 6 laps of the field in order to raise as much money as possible and have fun in the process.
