The Feast of All Saints

On Tuesday 1st November our school community was privileged to celebrate the Feast of All Saints. A Holy Mass and Holy Communion were celebrated simultaneously in the Cornerstone and the main hall respectively. Msgr Silk and Mr Witchell were our clergy and both preached on how we are all called to be saints and how we are to live our lives following the example of Jesus. The Gospel readings were the Beatitudes and a reading from Luke that asked us to treat others as we wish to be treated. Both these readings echoed the core value of compassion that we, as a school community, have been focusing on this year.
