12 Oct Public Speaking Workshop

Students from Year 9 and Year 10 were treated on Thursday to a public speaking workshop hosted by the English Speaking Union. Students were led through a number of activities throughout the day which were linked to the different roles in a public speaking team and learnt how to present a topic clearly with emphasis on intonation and emphasis. The day finished with a mock competition.
