08 Jan CALENDAR COLLECTION REFLECTION
You may remember a little while ago we posted about our incredibly generous students and staff who kindly donated their advent calendars to Paignton Community Larder this Christmas.
Well….we have returned this week to find a heartwarming thank you letter which details what an amazing job this charity was able to do for lots of lovely families this year.
Over the year, PCL gave out 1,777 food parcels, this equates to a staggering 40,584 meals for people in need!
With the help of students, staff and the fantastic local community we live in, on 20th December 2019 the charity exceeded their target and sent out 76 Christmas Hampers.
What an inspiring story to start the year, well done everyone!
