13 Sep Torquay United honouring Compassion at STCM

Phoebe in Year 9 was invited to Torquay United last week to have a photograph with the Manager, meet her favourite player, and also receive a gift from the gift shop.

At the match on Saturday, she made a point of going over to him to say how sorry she was to hear that someone had thrown a cup of tea over him. She was very upset that it had happened to him. He was overwhelmed by her compassion and invited her back – in her school uniform!
